96 Viper blue with silver stripes on the coupe. I don't like stripes on the SRT-10 convert

If it can't be silver, make it the wild colors of yester years, but add some metalic spice to the flavor. The car just looks better in a metalic color.

Re: colors

I agree with the Graphite color. I also agree that stripes need to be an added option. The car at Woodhouse looks great with the white stripes down it. Just like the option that was on the GEN II cars.

Besides exterior color, for goodness sake, dump the bling-bling chrome wheels for a tasteful, classy brushed/lightly polished look. Leave the chrome for the ***** g's who wear "phat farm" hats sideways and have there pants falling off as if we all wanted to see some underwear.

Thank goodness ultra high-end auto makers don't do this to their makes. Nothing is worse than seeing a blinged out Ferrari 575M or Lambo Murcie.

yo yo, wurd, out.

I took a photo in Detroit when I picked mine up.. the light was muted, and the Viper red took on a wine or dark maroon color that was awsome.

It would be a fabulous Viper color.

Make it a 'cold' looking (as in frost) metallic color.

The 'Indy' Blue was too much of a deep, royal blue IMO.

The Key: it has to be a metallic color (with stripes please).

Another Photoshop, my favorite blue so far.

http://gallery.viperclub.org/showphoto.php?photo=10840&nocache=1

FYI, I am a new school Viper fan, from ooooold school tifosi, and I having no previous bias for any year Viper, I wouldn't take an older Viper than an SRT-10. So many long time Viper people bash the SRT-10, but I personally find it to be the best looking, classiest, sexiest, yet still aggressive Viper there is. The lines are perfect, and this coming year, I'll be satisfied. Most likely, it will be re-painted along the Ferrari Azzuro California Blue color. BTW, check out my photoalbum for the ultimate orange. It is a photoshop done by a member at ferrarichat.com of a Lambo Gallardo. Lambo has a great orange, but this is plain sweet!

The "Mineral Grey" pewter-like color of the new Mustang would look great on a Viper coupe... http://www.fordvehicles.com/cars/mustang/

Jeff, I'm not sure if I found the color you were looking at or not, but I have done a color mock up that may be similar. If I get any feed back, I could try different ideas that some may have. The latest I have done and added in the Color Mock Up is what I think is a pewter color and is similar to the Ferrari "Grigio Ingrid", which has more of a goldish tone to it. Now, when it comes to colors, I lean conservative (politics too, but that's another story) and at first I heard about a gold Ferrari color . . . nooooo, it's beautiful on screen and what the guys over at ferrarichat.com say it's much more beautiful in person. Would it be good for the Viper? Maybe not. Dark green looks great on Jags, but not on others. Lime green looks crappy on Lambo Murci's, but . . . naaah, it looks bad on anything. Just for kicks, I might play around with this latest color a bit more to see if I can get it closer to the Grigio Ingrid. I expect to take delivery of an SRT-10 this coming year, and most likely will repaint in a metallic sky blue (silver blue) similar to the ones I've posted, and close to the Ferrari "Azzuro California" metallic blue. I think it looks incredible.

I would love to see a dark burgundy. And also sapphire blue. Both color choices would defintely have to have stripes.
