Gas Pedal re-position?

My gas pedal is too close and my leg is bent too much operating it. My son with his longer legs couldn't stand it!

This picture shows the lower control arm being operated by the arm with the pedal. Is it possible to adjust this or hook the pedal directly to the lower control arm?

Have any of you adjusted your pedal position? How?

You have adjusted it with the electric switch under the steering wheel?

If it's older it's a turn knob under it.

Take a look and see if the owner's manual might be in the pocket on the backside of the passenger or driver's seat.

It looks like he is already down at the carpet...

Some guys use the seat lowering kit to change the angle a bit... Might help?

I adjusted the knob mentioned above and the Gas and Clutch moved substantially back to give me all the room I want. In fact I think I will bring them back a bit!
