Hi All,

So I need to get some rims... I love the stockers but I think I can sharpen up the look of my 95 with a slightly larger rim to fill the gap in the wheel wells a bit.

1) I know a toyo guy so probably going to put toyos on, which I understand are lower profiles...
2) What are my rim size limitations? can I go bigger without issues?

If you have pics of your gen 1 roadster, with non stock rims please post or reference. I have seen a lot of ppl mounting other gen rims which look pretty good.

thx

looks good thanks for the post. Personally I think something shiny suits the older RTs. Black screams track/performance, I want a bit more bling on the wheel side.

99 do you have pics with your SSRs on?

Love the GEN III 5 spoke, they were not around when I went looking. Although I will say one thing about the GEN III 5 spoke, they will "urge" you to buy some nicer rotors.

I win? Send me my prize!

:famous:

BTW, typing "ultimate wheel thread" in the search field followed by <enter> is my secret...

Actually, I was looking for another thread. The one you had was only 3 pages long, but the previous one was significantly longer. I remember seeing it when I first joined the board.

Jason, I think the information at the top right of that page shows 1-2-3-last>>
When I click it has 8 total pages.

So since I got you to see more pages (4-5-6-7-8) than Dave, do I win?

I only searched for "wheel" in the title, but with an option of at least 150 replies. Therefore I was more efficient, also.

Tom... You make it sound like this is a Prius forum. Efficiency does not matter. :nono: Being first does. :2tu:

If nothing else just go with the 99-02 Polished wheels, like 94RT10Ohio. I plan on buying me a black GEN 1 one day, just to put my stockies off my 01 GTS on it. :D

Damn...there is no excuse for my being so off today. I'm done. If you'll excuse me I need some rope and a Bankok hotel room closet to end it all...
