Are there any headers that will bolt up to the stock exhaust system? I have already removed both cats on each side with a custom downpipe for that cat section. Car sounds real good with the stock mufflers and no cats at all and the heat totally went away. So I want to leave that entire header back setup alone and just add a set of headers.

You can purchase American Racing Headers with a the "j-pipe" fit can to the stock exhaust, with or without cats. I ran mine with headers, no cats, and stock exhaust. Had a nice rumble and surprisingly no raw fuel smell. It has been proven my many that catback system yield virtually no power gains, even at the 600whp range.

Did you have to add spacers when you hooked it all back up so the sensor would not throw a CEL?

Thanks 345s! St.Char, no I actually added a wideband gauge into one of the bungs and just blocked off the other. I left the pair of O2 sensors that were in near the front cats hanging (wiretied) up underneath the car with the tip of the sensor taped off with reflective heat tape. Never has thrown a single code.
