GEN I or GEN II Bumper?

here i have picture of a bumper. is it GEN I or GEN II? sorry, i can't tell the difference.

also, what would a GEN II bumber cost from the dealer, new?

Looks like gen 1 to me.

That is a Gen 1, Gen2 has a more protruding lower lip.
