Gen2 Line Lock pics please.....

I'm getting ready to put line lock on my GTS & would like pictures on where you have mounted your line lock solenoid under the hood & where you put your switch inside the car. I've searched the previous threads, either don't exist or the pics are "X" out. Any other advise or pitfalls to watch for would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Yup, that's the one. Works perfectly. I'm not sure I would use that toggle switch. The momentary push button on the shifter is really convenient and intuitive.

I've used that toggle switch on my viper truck's line lock, worked great...... besides, my shifter is lowered & no room for the setup you used.

Here are a couple pics of my line loc install. The solenoid mount was custom fabricated. I purchased a seperate ashtray for the switch mount. The actuator light was also fabricated to mount in the cigarette socket. There was no drilling or cutting done on the car. I have a similar set up that I will be listing soon in the classifieds.

interesting way to plumb it....... you tapped in on the output of the proportioning valve instead of the input. Any advantage to this?

i'm reconsidering one of these shifter balls for the line lock arming:

Above are two different examples of how to hook up the line lock solenoid - either on the input or output of the distribution block..... Does anyone see a disadvantage to either setup to braking or to the use of the line lock?
