Has anyone tried swapping seats from a Gen 3 to a Gen 2.

I'm very interested in knowing because I may have a chance to switch (long story). I prefer the Gen 3 seats for track events, more side support.
Is there anyone else thinking the same thing. I posted this same question a while back on the Gen 1/Gen 2 forum, but got little feedback. Thought I'd try the SRT gang.

I agree the SRT seats are both more comfortable and constraining. A good combination.

I think that for the price Sparcos are better.

Diablo, I'm sure your right. The thing is, I know someone who is wanting to purchase a SRT and the bottom of the seat is too long. He can't bend his legs right (he's quite short). The seats in my Gen II fit him well and we were considering making a swap.
Sparcos or Racetech's would be much cheaper I'm sure. But I think this could be a cost effective solution for both of us.
