heads and cam combo

I already tried the search engine, but came up empty. Someone on here did a head and cam combo that produced like 150 HP I want to say? What heads were those and cam? Do these numbers sound right, or what is expected with Greg Good heads and a cam on a 99 GTS?

That was a S/C car if I remember correctly. It's going to magnify the gains for the headwork. I think the rule of thumb is good CNC head work, rockers, and cam will yield about 80-85RWHP. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong please.
