Help Heffner Twin Turbo

I just purchased a 1999 dodge viper gts at an auction.
The car has a Heffner twin turbo kit.
The car starts and runs fine, only problem is I cant open the hood.

The hood latch has been relocated because of the intercooler. Looked everywhere under and inside the car but couldn’t find the release. Tried contacting Heffner but no reply so far.
any help with where its usually relocated to would be great. Thanks
