Help Looking at a Viper in So. Florida

A friend of mine who lives in West Palm Beach is interested in a 1998 GTS located in Daytona Beach. It is Red, 14,000 miles, all stock, 2 owner car. He has seen it in person and said it looks great from the outside. He is looking for someone experienced to have a look at it and do a prebuy inspection. never thought of Daytona as south FL.. lol. I'm not horribly far away but i just dont have any time to help right now.

I'd call it Central FL, Roe Racing is up in Jacksonville with is northern FL. People forget how damn big this state is, i live in Orlando, smack dab in the middle of the state. i'm only about 55 miles from Daytona Speedway. yet i'm still 400+ miles from Key West, its also another 200+ north to like Jacksonville area.
