HillSDALE DODGE update. yes they sold \"stole\" my car

Well after a month of back and forth between the VCA, Dodge and Hillsdale, Tom Van refused to deliver my car to my lease company. Double talk every time I was told an arrangement had been reached. The dealer sold my car supposidly against the instructions of Dodge. Now I'll wait and see what, if anything, Dodge or the VCA will do on my behalf to get another car. I think I'll opt for and 04.

I definitely subscribe to the philosophy that a happy customer tells his friends an unhappy customer tells EVERYONE!

Wow. I was considering getting a 2004 from them. The result of this? Hillsdale Viper sales in 2003, EXACTLY the same. Viper sales in 2004? Minus one and counting.
