how do I lock my trunk...

I dont quite get the trunk. I press the lock button on the FOB, and the doors lock....but the trunk does not. I can here a banging sound while driving, which I am assuming is my trunk.

Can anyone explain the trunk latch mechanism??? is there a lever/button in the cockpit to pop the trunk? is the key chain the only way to lock/latch it?

I wiggled the glow in the dark lever for trapped humans.....problem solved.

Hahahaha I hate to say it, but I put on nearly 500miles with the trunk not closed.
