If you buy a 98 or 99 Viper get one with an extended warranty. As for maintenance, my 99 has only required oil changes, and a few minor (non-mechanical) items covered under warranty. When I bought the car new, I purchased a seven year warranty.
Parts are not typically hard to come buy, however; most dealers don't have all Viper parts sitting on their shelves.
As with a lingenfleter prepped Z06, whats the warranty on it? Will it void the GM warranty on your Vette?
If you find a good Viper tech at one of the dealers, they will be good to work on your Viper. Who will work on your Lingenfleter Vette?
