How much oil does my car need?

I have an 03 Paxton Supercharged Viper with a comp coupe oil pan, any idea how many quarts of oil my car requires? Want to do an oil change this coming weekend.

Use 12 quarts with the Paxton.

And I guess I should use 0w-40?
