How to take off the side sills? Details please

I want to do some exhaust work on the SRT and was wondering if anyone with the experience of taking off the sills could walk me through it? I don't want anyone else to touch this car. I am now afraid of muffler shops based on previous experience.

It is quite easy to do.

If you look under the car there are several metal screws along the inside
edge of the sill. After you remove them you will need to open your car door
and remove plastic caps on the top of the sill. This will give you access
to another set of metal screws. After you remove them you just pull the sill
straight out and remove it from the car. You will be amazed at how easy it is (or that it stays in place)!

Opps...Wrong forum. I was wondering why no one had answered your question as it relates to a GTS.

I tried to take mine off but got stymied by the bolt on the top of the "hockey stick." It is the one on the top above the front wheel. That unit seemed impossible to remove. Any hints from others?

I just got a message that said to take the entire front wheelhouse liners off to get to that hockey stick bolt. The GTS was a breeze.....this one will take more homework.
