Mines an 01, I've gotten all my monitors to reset in under 25 miles. The key is drive super easy, shift gears at lower rpm's. Let the car decellerate 3 or 4 times from highway speed leave it in 4th or 5th gear. Take for a little interstate run to let everything get up to normal temp, drive in 6th for a bit, then exit interstate and let it idle for a few seconds, for some reason this always runs my catalyst test. Currently doing this on mine sets the check engine because of my high flows. I don't have o2 simms yet.
Throw in a couple of cold starts and you should be good. Do you have access to a scan tool, so you can check the monitors yourself before taking back to the emissions testing center??? I think these can be had now for 50 bucks maybe....it can be frustrating going back several times to the testing place....
Remember if for any reason you disconnect the battery, it'll start the whole process over as it clears everything. I used to work at an emissions place in college, and I know how frustrating it is to get these things through sometimes....I was working when we had just started doing OBD II testing and everyone was clueless. I think it is a little better understood nowdays.
