I\'m curious about the 1998\'s...is that the stripeless year?

I've noticed that the 1998's don't seem to have as many factory stripe Vipers as compared to other years. Am I just seeing things or am I right?

1st year of the silver stripes and if I remember correctly there was some issues with the stripe paint. Something about getting it to adhear to the body paint right. So most of the striped vipers in 1998 are late model cars.
