The annual Kokomo Transmission Plant Cruise-in and Car Show for American cars, trucks, and cycles will take place on the grounds Sunday, August 27, 2006...opens at NOON EDT and runs til 4:00PM.(exhibitors should come between 9:00 and 10:00AM). This is a GREAT EVENT...LOTS of fine cars, show cars, and MOPARS !!! We usually have 25-33 Vipers in the corral...and this year there MAY be a Viper Racing League Comp Coupe on display.

The plant ("KTP") is located on the US 31 bypass in Kokomo, IN...about 40 miles north of Indy.

As the summer winds down, this is a good time to see your fellow Club Members...and their cool rides.

Hope YOU can stop by !!!

GREAT SHOW...THANKS to the 20 Viper drivers who came in spite of some drizzle !!!

Special THANKS to Skip Thomas for making the arrangements for a VRL Comp Coupe to be on display... and a HUGE THANKS to Marshall Dickler for again loaning his Comp Coupe to our display!!! Eric, THANK YOU for bringing Marshall's Coupe down from Chicago!!

With the Comp Coupe in the center of our Viper display tent, President Rick Birchler arranged for a COOL Gen I RT/10 (with a Roe supercharger) to be on one side and a 2000 ACR on the other...with Gen II GTS's out in front and SRT-10's nearby...quite a display !!!!

There were hundreds and hundreds of cars at this show (with thousands of spectators)...but the Viper Corral stole the thunder (again !!).

Finally, we thank the KTP staff, the two UAW groups, and D-C for again inviting us to return to this show...and for your gracious hospitality !!!
