I sold my GTS a couple of months ago due to me moving and it feels like I made a huge mistake. I test drove multiple vehicles (z06, classic 911, etc) and it just isn't the same. That being said If anyone knows of a black or matte black gts for sale please let me know. I haven't found any on the market yet, but maybe this message can reach someone who's thinking about selling their's. Thanks in advance for any help.

I might sell mine to take advantage of another GTS. It is a 99 Black with factory Silver stripes and the current mileage is at 11,800. Car has had all recalls performed, runs perfect, and made 444whp/480wtq with M&M headers, Corsa 3" exhaust, test pipes, and smooth tubes. The car has the following modifications:

Engine
K&N replacement filters
Smooth tubes
New NGK plugs
New Mopar spark plug wires
ATI harmonic balancer
IPSCO power steering pulley/bracket
170deg thermostat
Woodhouse Motormounts
Roe Racing replacement valvesprings
Corsa 3" exhaust
Stock Exhaust manifolds - the headers were removed in preparation for a turbokit

Suspension
KW Variant 2 coilovers with less than 1k miles on them.

Drivetrain
Spec Stage 3+ clutch with less than 500 miles on it...still breaking it in. Will also come with a brand new unused factory clutch.
New factory slave cylinder.
Woodhouse transmission mount.

Brakes
Full Stoptech big brake kit all around

Interior
Full Venzano leather wrapper interior. This is how these cars should have come. The leather quality is outstanding.

Exterior
MGW gas cap
HRE 540R's all around
Full detail

The car has fresh clutch fluid, transmission fluid, and oil. I also flushed the radiator when I installed the lower temp thermostat. It runs like a top and could be driven across the country tomorrow if need be. There are no check engine lights and the car will pass an OBDII emissions scan all day everyday as the car could care less that there are no cats. I have to pass emissions where I live. I am the second owner of the car and would literally only sell it to make a move on another GTS that is too good of a deal to pass up IMO. I have done everything to the car except the brakes and the interior and can ensure you it was done 100% perfect. Mechanical Engineer by degree and trade and I am as anal as they come. I wouldn't let it go for anything less than $45k.

Mayyyybeeeee lol. Could go for it without selling the car depending on some news tomorrow, but would definitely put this one up for sale if I did.

Looks like you found your car ohno. As long as you like the mods I would say you cannot beat 1.8's GTS for the price.

That is a Gorgeous car for real! That was originally Black with silver stripes? Don't sell it!!!

I drove a 2008 Silver Z06 and a 97 GTS on the same day..
They were both the same money. and I kept leaning towards the GTS.
The Z06 had power and sounds great. I didn't like the Heads up display/Navigation system in the middle/Push button starter/all the gauges would swing to the left and right when you started it./Normal, sport and Track mode setting. TOO MUCH going on.

The Viper GTS Looked Wild! (What is this thing) Outrageous! Boisterous! It was a must.. Totally insane vehicle and when I drove it the rear broke loose sooo nicely and the noise was sooo sweet.

I enjoyed the Viper much more than the Z06 and couldn't sleep until I snagged it. The other thing was that a couple of buddies of mine and nearly everyday I see one... But NO-ONE Has a VIPER!!!

In my book, that is a supercar. What other car can you get that has the performance, looks and low production numbers, all for $45k? I say go for this one :)

I basically have the same thing as 1.8t does with more track mods and a fully built motor. If you are looking for a cruiser you should seriously consider his car as it's nice. If your interested in something already fully modded and track ready, PM me.

Not that my car was ever for sale, but I just couldn't abandon my color combo for the deal of a century. I am keeping her and likely for a very long time :)

There is a 96 Blue /White GTS here in Tampa, Florida that I seen last weekend at the local Cars and Coffee for sale.
6500 miles...original owner. He's up there in price but you never know. I do not know the owner and 1st time seeing the car.

I took a pic of it and have the number.

PM me if you want the number.
