Ind/Ky VCA Meeting Sat. Apr.9 at 12:30 PM (EST)...

The regular monthly business meeting will be held Saturday April 9, 2005 at the Park Street Pub, Westfield, IN. The Park Street Pub is located on US 31 just 1 block SOUTH of the intersection of US 31 and Ind 32 in Westfield (the Pub is on the EAST side of US 31). Westfield is about 8-10 miles NORTH of the top (as in northern most point) of the I-465 beltway that encircles Indy.

This meeting will start at 12:30 EST (12:30 PM "Indy-Chi time" which is 1:30 PM "Cinci-Lou time").

At this meeting we will touch some important issues and make more event plans.

The weather should be PERFECT...60 degrees, partly cloudy...GREAT day to take one's Snake for a "spring walk" !!! (REMEMBER your tires will be COLD).

Following the meeting, Vipers will cruise to the far Southside to visit a weekly gathering of ALL types of cars...street rods, vintage cars, customs, sports cars, cycles, etc.

Ok *****...I have Saturday's temp forecast dialed in at 65 degrees, and, as this temp rises, YOU may indeed have an advantage over the other Vipers that "breathe normally"...what with your RoePower !!!!

I am happy to see a little rain today that is washing the streets for you "over-stock-horespower-guys" as you'll need all the traction help available !

As noted above, after the meeting in Westfield Saturday, we will cruise SOUTH to I-465, taking it EAST as it becomes I-465 SOUTH to exit 53 which is I-65 SOUTH ("Louisville exit"), then SOUTH 6 more miles to I-65 exit 100 (Greenwood exit), getting off and going WEST on Main Street to Madison Ave. Turn SOUTH on Madison Ave., go one block to a small street called Market Plaza (used to be Walker Plaza??), turn right (westerly) this short street goes slightly downhill as it curves back to the north...and there is parking on either side in large lots that hold the weekly car show.

The old root beer stand here was called "The Suds"...and that is the local reference to the car show as well.

Keep in mind that the posted speed limits in these smaller towns ARE carefully watched and enforced...and, "they" know that Spring brings out ALL types of cars (including pro-street) to this car show location...you get the drift.

Heh! I never thought my viper was that interesting to talk at breakfast from the previous day! LOL!

I got home and washed all the bugs off my car and then stuck it on my lift and cleaned the bottom of the car..LOL! I'm a kid with a toy!
