Interesting how? Yet another management shuffle and it won't be the last. If this is one of those "Stare at it long enough to find the hidden image things"....then I'm blind. C'mon Bob, you're holding back. Give us the cliff notes on this.

No cliff notes. I just think it is interesting to see the breakdown of which person from which country ended up in what role. The management integration was expected after Fiat's recent acquisition of a larger interest in Chrysler.

If the Mopar/SRT division was so important to this merged company, why was Ralph not listed in the executive areas? Seems strange.

As I understand it, Ralph's two jobs primarily relate to North American activities. Since Sergio will still be in charge of same in addition to his being the overall leader of Fiat, Ralph will still directly report to Sergio in that capacity as opposed to Sergio in his capi di tuti capi capacity. But since Sergio is only one man with one brain, regardless of what hat he is wearing, Ralph is still communicating in the same way to the same person. My guess is that Ralph will also have to do some type of quarterly report to the overall enterprise design and/or creative guys listed in the press release but I doubt that either one will insert themselves between Ralph and Sergio. That would be inefficient and not make any sense.
