Y'all, I don't typically say much because I am just the support for VCA, but I am feeling compelled to, so here goes... I have been working for and with y'all for almost a year now. I have done my best to provide the support and services (Viper Magazine, customer service, membership packets, etc.) that you expect and deserve; and have enjoyed interacting with every one of you with whom I have had the opportunity to. I don't know all of the history or everything that's going on, but I understand quite a bit. All I want to say is: if you don't like what you see- please contact me and we'll see about getting you more involved. Petition to be on the Board of Directors. That way you WILL be able to put in your vote. Step up and contribute to and/or advertise in Viper Magazine. Show your support by participating in the Club Raffles. These, just like school fundraisers or Church Collection Plate, are how we are able to provide you with the extras you want and deserve. Have a business? Post a simple banner ad. Isn't that what a club is supposed to be: about the members, for the members? Please, don't just SIT around and complain about the situation; STAND up, put one foot in front of the other and help this club, the original Viper Club, walk into 2016 with our heads held high. When a human being is born, one of the first big accomplishments is the ability to walk. From that day on, we all walk in a forward direction - not backwards. I can do this. We can do this. And, we need to do this together.

Looks like it's "The monetary value received by the VPA for its assets are in the high 5-digit range." Didn't mention anything about liabilities, but the biggest liabilities were gone long before the sale.
