Is it really that rare compared to the rest? VOI 10?

Viper is one of the most "special editioned " cars EVER. I have had a couple--they fared no better at resale.

I often joke that when all is said and done, a "plain" non special edition Viper will be more rare than the others.

I couldn't agree more. Dodge has really gone all out to create "special editions" as well as provide tools to create one of one Vipers. Right now they are not adding anything to resale value.

Did you ever connect with the collector in CA with the original item for your 92?
