I recently replaced the clutch and brake pedal bushings. It make a very noticable difference in both smoothness and pressure. If you have an old Gen 1 like me I'd try that it also made it much easier to engage the engine switch.
You know I never thought it was until I drove an 03 SRT. The effort was so minimal compared to my stock Gen1 set-up. Same with the accelerator. Felt like it would take some getting used to.
Mine is rather easy...I think you assume that it's going to feel like a heavy non-assisted mechanical clutch when you first get behind the wheel of a Viper but the clutch in mine is, dare I say, dang near butter smooth and plush.
My is hard. The wife's 01 is not.....after driving hers and the srt-4 for a week and not driving the GTS I then get in the GTS and think something is wrong until I get used to it.
After a lot of hard usage, the stock clutch pedal gets stiffer. Bleeding might help a little bit, but I think something happens to the springs after so many heat cycles of too high a temperature.
