Jon B (Partsrack) is AWESOME!!!

Jon B helped me out with a problem I had yesterday, and went out his way in doing so. I, being frustrated, forgot to leave my last name or phone number on the !AFTER HOURS! message I left for him, and he went to the lengths of searching his database as well as posting a message on Viperclub in an attempt to track me down.

It also turned out that Jon B had posted quite some time ago the fix to my problem, which I located in a search. (loose ground strap) Jon is an Excellent source of correct information as well as parts, and someone you can trust.

I concur with Daniel. I was in a bind when I was putting my supercharger on and it was "after hours" and he called belanger to overnite me a set of exhaust gaskets. He definitely went out of his way to him me out and I really appreciate it!

I agree whole heartedly with you Dan regarding Jon B. He has been EXTREMELY helpful and informative for me as well. It seems that he is truly intrested in recommending what is best for your particular application as compared to selling you something that you don't need or may not be exactly what you are looking for. Jon B will be my first contact any time I need anything for the Viper!
