I needed to get my recalls done but with the lack of good Viper dealerships here in New Jersey, I knew I would have to go out of state. That's when I found Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
It was a one way ninety minute ride for me but well worth it. I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service. Their viper tech, Jeff Palmer did a great job in knocking off all four recalls R40,R14,P52 and R28/R29. He also gave me his card with cell number if I have any questions or issues. As for the recalls, my main concern was the R28 engine contamination recall. It took less than five days for SRT to examine the oil filter and give me the good news that all tests passed.
I keep a copy of the test results in my glove box for anyone who has questions.
