I have a K&N Cold Air Intake I picked up in a raffle several years ago. Is it worthwhile to install this on my '08 ACR? I realize it weighs a bit more than the stock system
and I'm not expecting any noticeable power increases. Thanks.

From what I've read it will not increase hp because of how well the air box was made on the 4th gen. So its all about looks really. So as free said, does it look "cooler"?

Don't know-not installed yet, still "in the box."

This is my custom built aluminum airbox and tubes on my 2010. I don't know if it adds any HP as I haven't had it on a dyno yet but that's coming soon. I'm going to have airbox ceramic coated first to help with IATs. After that I want to do an OEM vs mine dyno and see what the results are. One thing I prefer over the K&N is this one seals against the hood so air can't enter from engine compartment, only from ahead of radiator.

Thanks, that was revision 3 and I still see a few places to make some improvements but I will wait until dyno results are in.

What do you know of Agency Power for the Gen V. I realize that this may be out place in threads but I'm curious

Hey Broomrider, not sure if your interested in an airbox similar to mine or not but we are working on a Gen 5 version that's in early development stages for a friend of mine's 2013 Viper. I will be glad to share pictures etc when it's done.

Ha! Hell yes Geaux Tigers!!!! I know, I just figured that at least a cold air intake would be beneficial to it. I don't want to put anything on it that would damage it.
I'm very anal about my cars and bikes.
