During a pre-purchase inspection this morning, I realized that I did not know the proper compression reading for an '01 RT/10. I decided to try and find a knowledgeable person to help me out so I used this web site to research the names of the best Viper Techs in the country. According to one particular post, Mr. Ken Klickman of Timberline Dodge was a good person to call. When I called and introduced myself Ken was very courteous and extremely helpful. I am always impressed when someone takes the time to help a stranger and I only wish that I had a viper tech like Ken in Augusta Georgia.

Yes he does. Nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and very Viper friendly. We're lucky to have him in Portland.

I must chime in here…

Ken and the whole Timberline Dodge crew are awesome!

They are rated a 100 Star Dealership in my book. They will treat you right and go the extra mile as Ken has proven and done multiple times for me.

I just wish I didn’t live 600 miles away. But I still go to them when it is important and I always will.

Ken Klickman and the folks at Timberline Dodge are an asset that I hope is recognized by Daimler Chrysler. You could think of them as Portland, Oregon's not so well kept secrets and makes the place one of the best places to live if you are a Viper Owner.

Yes Ken and the team are great! I like coming in to pick up my car and having it parked inside under a car cover. Nice extra touch. Ken has developed some great aftermarket parts for the car as well. Also, if you want to run PIR, Ken has the hot suspension setup figures developed with two days of track testing at PIR. Buzz on in there and he can set you up.

The whole Timberline service team is really great. People travel a long way to come there for service... I am lucky enough to be local.
