I'm having a set of custom wheels made by a company and the smallest wheel they build is 19" dia. I need to find out if 19"/19" will fit front/rear. The owner said they normally do 19"/20" for Viper, but have also done 20"/22" for some as well. I want to play it safe and go with 19"/19", but if 19"/20" will work fine depending on tire size, I might go that route.

What would be the best option?

We have done 21/20 on all generations. 375/20/21, 305/25/20

Do NOT go 22. 21 is borderline over the top, the only saving grace is that it is a 375 available. 22 is not available in anything that wide, and is just a huge diamater wheel, thats about it.

Yep, thats the sizes I'll be going with. Waiting to see if the company can build the design that I have in mind. keeping my fingers crossed... this will end up being a one-off finish on these wheels too.

What do you guys think of this design? I know it's probably not the typical design for a Viper wheel, but Im looking for something unique...

I've seen several pics of that wheel on various cars... A Porsche and Ferrari for example. They are deffinately different, but IMO they looked pretty good on those cars

Get some HRE's or ADV1. If those are out of your price range, you can never go wrong with CCW's.

I have been second guessing myself on this. I wasn't sure if they were gonna look great or bad. I'm gonna try and get a different set instead now.
99 R/T 10- I won these wheels as a prize. I ran in the GoldRush Rally from L.A. To Miami this year in June. It's an exotic car rally and had a lot of high end cars including 4 Bugattis and various Ferrari's and Lambos. I've been told that wheels from this company cost around $6k-$8k for a set. Im not sure how much my set is worth though.

Brad, if they're worth that much why don't you just sell them & buy you a lil' more conservative set that you KNOW would Look Good on it & put the extra cash in your pocket! UNLESS you are just Hell Bent on jumping off in the Deep End! Either way, its YOUR car & thats ALL that matters is what you LIKE! jmo!

I can nail the 19/20 fitment for you. Not a fan of those wheels you picked, they are overdone for a Viper. If you'd like my assistance, I'd be glad to help! I'd push for something more performance-inspired when it comes to design. We can make them stand out just using different finishes alone.

Thanks,
Tony

Jojogts, yes they are Forgiato wheels. They have a really good selection too. Down side is, I have a hard time getting any kind of response from them when I have a question. I wasn't sure if most of their wheels would work for a 6 lug format. There were several other wheels that I'd rather have than this one. But without any response to my questions, I chose this wheel based off the fact that I knew it would work for my car. But after I chose this wheel, I found out that some of the more performance looking wheels will work with a 6 lug format. So now it's just a waiting game to get a response from the owner of the company.
I was given any choice of wheel they made in any kind of finish. I was not able to get carbon fiber as a choice of finish, although I would love to have some carbon fiber accents on a wheel.
I was really stuck with the decision of the wheel I chose. After the comments here and from a few others, I'm going with a different set. I really would rather have a more performance look to mine. Thanks for the honest input on here. You guys probably saved me a good bit of embarrassment!
