Largest wheel tire combo for Gen 2 RT?

I'm having a set of custom wheels made by a company and the smallest wheel they build is 19" dia. I need to find out if 19"/19" will fit front/rear. The owner said they normally do 19"/20" for Viper, but have also done 20"/22" for some as well. I want to play it safe and go with 19"/19", but if 19"/20" will work fine depending on tire size, I might go that route.

What would be the best option?

20/19 for better looks, and it fits just fine! Just make sure they have the right offset! Good luck!

Im also looking at 20/22 would they fit on a gen2, I know they fit on a gen3, but not sure if they will fit on my gts?

Of course they will fit..... but rub like crazy and give you a 4X4 look.

What matters is the tire diameter not the wheel diameter. Factory tires are around 26". Once the tires get to around 28" on the back you can have rubbing issues on 'some' Gen2s, but not all. The Gen3 fits a 28" tire on the back with no problem.

You can run a 19/19 or 19/20, just keep an eye on the tire diameter. I have 19/20 on mine.
