Location of temperature sending unit on a 94 RT/10

I have been looking all over this thing and cannot seem to find this sensor. My temperature gauge works intermittently and I'm thinking it is a broken wire on the harness to the sensor.

If I remember correctly I thought it was buried under the exhaust manifold on the driver's side. I can't remember if it's toward the front or rear though.

Thanks, I was afraid that's where it was. Not much is easy to get it on these.

I had to replace the sensor on my 94- call me and I'll tell you what I had to do 719-276-1818 Don

That's funny! Mine just started to do the same thing.

Where is it ??

There are two on the back near the T-stat...can't recall which is for gauge. I have a pic of a diagram on phone that I can send you via email.
