<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">While I am fairly confident that I will be able to view and perhaps copy it from my usual dealer, I want the option of utilizing a different dealer for the repair if I feel it is beyond their expertise.
By asking for a copy and going somewhere else, I risk alienating them for future, more "basic" warranty work, hence my effort to find a copy another way.</FONT f>
