I recently purchased the low profile racing jack from Sam's Club. Outstanding quality for the price and fits under the car with a 1" to spare! :usa:

This is a sweet jack, I got the all silver and I believe it is the one from Harbor frieght. I think I saw it in one of thier rags for $139. Seems this one is the gold color one, and the viper print was added on after, but correct me if wrong.

I had the jack from Sams, nice jack but too many pumps to raise the car, Sears jack is like 5 pumps to fully raised position.

I bought the aluminum one at Sears. Higher quality can be seen by holding the two, more capacity, and you can work sweet deals with sales/rebates/coupons and all that stuff to make them within a few bucks of each other.

Someone posted before how to get a good deal from Sears, I couldn't wait so I paid full price but I think it was only like $150-$160 or so.

I just received my Gold version from Harbor Freight. They were on sale for $99/each. So I bought two. :)

They are nice jacks with much better clearance than my 3.5 ton old school jacks, but they require noticeably more effort when jacking.

would be interested to know how much was the Viper Tax on it?
It's EXACTLY the same than Harbor Freight save for the Viper logo.

my bet is that the logo/Viper Tax add between $50 to $100/

The one I bought from Harbor Freight would not fit under my sidesills on my 94 (with Eibach springs). Still have to drive it up on boards to get the jack under it.
I know there are lower jacks, but everything I've seen is much more expensive.

OK, here is your truthful reply:

PartsRack offers the same USG Jack, only 35lbs in Blue, Gold, Alum for $129. We can even add the logo if you like.
--We also loan them at VCA track events here
--We also donate several each year to large VCA regional events and Rondezvous.
--We provide 1st-timer advice on lowered cars, etc. aerodynamics, etc

Prefer to support Sears or ? I'd appreciate your business if you dont resent a fair profit! THANKS.

JonB,

I'm not surprised, you're one of the very FEW vendors that don't charge a Viper Tax and for that the Viper community thanks you.
