JonB, the year matters....You probably meant "new til 12-31-02", not 03.

Waiting until 1/1/03 might save a buyer of a NEW Viper close to $1,000. Also, watch those auto tag agency folks; mine was ready to charge me state sales tax on the luxury tax until I corrrected them and they verified that indeed they were wrong!
