Mid Ohio times in a viper

1 minute 35 seconds will put you in the fastest category.

I did my better laps at 2 minutes and several seconds, but I never floored my Viper and I also just left it in 4th gear the whole time. Next time I should be running around 1 minute 45 seconds. And flooring it. And shifting gears.

That all depends. What mods do you have? How experienced are you?

But yes, check out the times at the link posted above. Just remember, the guys running low 1:30's are fully prepped race Vipers. Gutted interiors, full roll cage, weight reduction, slicks (Hoosier's), upgraded everything, etc...

1:37's to 1:38's for a stock Viper with chassis set up for racing on Hoosier DOT's (stock engine and brakes, borla exhaust, full interior). Those were the numbers for the SCCA Run-Offs last year by the fastest semi-pro to pro drivers in our T1 class. Mid-Ohio track times can change 2-4 seconds from day to day depending on the track.
