10 minutes drive to downtown
-Head downtown for a drive by of the historical State Capitols (new and old)
Louisiana State Capitol (new) (Quick Photo opp?)
Louisiana's Old State Capitol (old)
-10 minutes drive to LSU
-On to LSU for a view of the state’s largest university

-About 1.5 hours
-After a brief view of LSU we will then head down river road to Oak Alley
-Not to many views of the river but a fun road
-Cross over Mississippi river at Donaldsonville

-Tour of Oak Alley
-$12.00 per person.
-This will include a photo opp (hopefully with staging of Vipers) between the oaks (really cool view!)

-6th Annual Vette/Mopar Benefit Race Day
-No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, LA.

This year's Beneficiary is Avery Landry (16 month old daughter of Avery & Angelle Landry of Pierre Part, LA) who was born with Spina Bifida. Andre is an NPR Quick 16 Racer. Each year the Beneficiary is selected in consultation with NPR Management.
This Benefit Event is OPEN to ALL Corvette & Mopar Enthusiasts. Entry fees $10 for Spectators, $20 for Racers (Road Course Touring Laps or Drag Strip) and Children 10 & Under Free.
The race day format will be the same as last year (Touring Laps led by Pace Cars on the Road Course in the morning and converting over to the Drag Strip around noon for Time Trials & 1st Round of Eliminations around 2:30.
For those that may be interested in a hotel close to the track, here is hotel information from The No Problem event sponsor Laddie Roussel.

Call the Best Western in Donaldsonville (225-746-9050) and ask for the “PROWLER WEEKEND” Group rate. These rooms will be on hold until Mar. 7th.
These are all Non-Smoking rooms at both Hotels and you can change when you make your reservation. My recommendation would be to use the Supreme Inn it’s newer & better price with same free continental breakfast setup and free wireless connections. So, dial the Hotel and make your RESERVATIONS.
