In 2008 I picked up a Momo shift knob for my car. The problem was that it uses set screws to attach and that made it sit way too low. If I wasn't careful I could smash my fingers going into 1st & 3rd. So I finally got around to taking some measurements for an intermediate shaft to add a few inches of height to this knob.
