Tony F. is going to be in charge of operations at this track he is a great guy! He is the head instructor at the Trackmasters driving school at Watkins Glenn NY. Good Luck to Tony and everyone at the Monticello Motor Club. I hope I get a chance to drive this track soon. I heard it was going to be exclusive to members only??? Maybe not!

I spoke to Tony today at Watkins Glenn Race Track, NY. He said he has no knowledge that any outside driving clubs or group has any track time scheduled. North Track is members only. Weekends are members only North or South. He will check on this when he gets back to the Monticello Track, NY.

I just signed up with the PDA's event on 9/26 (that does not seem to conflict with what Jeff indicates - its the South course on a weekday)...

I did talk with Tony again. They will be having track days on a limited basis. South Track weekdays only as it stands right now. PDA does have a connection with the track some how and it is my understanding that they are the first group to have "offical" track time!
My personal thoughts on this it the track time will be money driven. If membership does not meet up with track costs, more outside track time and additional track configurations will be added. Simple economics!

Took the viper to the track last weekend with the Lotus club. I am only a novice
but what a sweet track ! Two half hour sessions on the south track (lower left on pic) in the
am, then the whole course (4 miles) for 5 or 6 laps before lunch. Two more half hour
more sessions after lunch and the day was over. I got a few pics of some
of the cars in the prep area but none on the track. I was to busy driving
I gota go again.
