Just made a set of home made front mud guards, very subtle look.

made a card template, then cut out of 4mm rubber sheet which
I bought off ebay for peanuts.

put a section of card inside the wheel well, removed the screws, drew
round the section of wing to get the shape, then
drew a line parallel 1.25" inside the first line. then cut it out.

then get that template, put it down on more card and get the shape
added you want to stick out from the wing, you can see the draw line on
my template

cut it out, held it in position, and then found the
screw holes and popped the screws back in, sweet...

Then I drew the pattern on the rubber, cut it out
screwed it on, looks real sweet,

gonna do the backs now

what do you reckon

Looks great in fact I may try this next week. Id def run it on up to the next bolt though I thing id look more oem that way. Also what the hell is theinside your side vent in the last pic? Looks like a release handle of some kind.

Ive got so much rubber i can try all sorts, so easy to use.

The thing in my vent is my led side indicator repeater, we have to have them in the uk
it was better to hide it there than stick it on the outside

Nice!! Now add the Viper tax and sell them for $200.

Or... have them CNC cut and sell them for 125 :D

I keep hearing about "Viper Tax"... yet I still see countless vendors going out of business or bailing out of this market... perhaps things dont work the way everyone would like when it comes to low production products.
