Much more in keeping :2tu:

Had to have this made in France, due to Nanny State UK laws, Font size etc, My car is a 2000 model but it was built Dec 99, so I thought this would look rather good :D

Ha Ha, its the same over here really, Being as these cars are not exactly daily drivers, people normally smile when we take one out for a spin :) By Law,because the car is an import, we do not have to have the standard UK car size font for the lettering, we are allowed UK Motorcycle size lettering. The new problem over here is that we are now becoming a Big Brother state :( More and more Numberplate recognition cameras are being put up at the roadside and the police are becoming rather hot on making sure everybody's numberplate can be read by the cameras ;) The thing is the new numbers on my plate are now 'BIGGER' than the motorcycle font, Also I am now displaying the correct year of the car and the model ;) So I'm hoping all will be well ;)

.....Its all a Game

LOL...yes, you could call it 'a game' no matter where one lives...:( Cameras are becoming more and more, and honestly, I don't mind if they catch the red-light runners, as one has to NOT go at your green light at all anymore...you have to 'wait' til the runners go thru their red lights, or get t-boned. (Okay, that's my pet peeve!) I like your plate, and answers the question: WHAT year is your car? WHAT is your car?? (LOL) ;) ~juli

Good plate Mark ;) if you need any more there's no need to go to France

Everything about Marks plate is pretty much illegal over here Juli, it will fail the annual government test on numerous things, but like Mark said its a bit of game with the police just depends if you get stopped though not being an everyday car helps a lot.

Mark, my 2000 steel GTS was also built in december going by the build date on the door sticker but it wasnt a 2001 model as it didnt have ABS, so is your viper a proper cream puff?
