As you perform modifications for more power you often reduce driveability on the street.

Another thought is you get so caught up in performing modifications, that once you have done everything you want, you get bored. (I hate to use the word bored, but its late!) You want to move on to another "project."

CJ- your car looks sweet! If only a few months earlier.......

That is exactly why I am pacing myself with the mods! Don't want to run out of things to do.

Good luck selling!

The word "NutCase" comes to mind... lol!

There is only one word in the english (and well, italian) languages that is an allowable excuse for giving up a Viper...especially a SICK one. That word, is Lamborghini... I hope that word is in your head right now. 'Cause if its not... the above term "NutCase" definatly DOES apply!

I made the mistake of stopping at a Lambo dealer a few weeks ago... well, gotta get one now. ****. gonna be broke for YEARS to come!

Gimme 3 years, I'll show you a Modded Viper and a Lambo.

I'm with Dan! You will NOT be able to find a vehicle anywhere below $150-200K that will give you the performance... nor the style of that sweet Snake!

Can you put up a list of what has been done to it (piston upgrade?) and do you still have the original take-off parts to go with it?

Regards,
Sean

I love that car. If I had the money I would buy it in a heart beat. An 02FE would be perfect next to my 96GTS.

Good luck selling it!

Any California people have an opinion whether this will pass smog here?

im sure superbar will buy it as soon as he sees it

HA Matt. Funny guy. I actually sold one of my Vipers, believe it or not, so now I just have an RT/10 and a GTS (which I have not yet seen in person... getting super charged.)

I will tell you, there were a handful of S/C'd vipers I almost got instead of buying the GTS I did and super charging it. Ultimately, I picked the car I did because I liked the $20K Body kit on it, and could S/C it and put hard miles on it myself (how can you not drive a S/C car hard?)

Tell you what though, since you brought me up, I am interested in a 2001 or newer RED RT/10 that is FAST FAST FAST and is a STEAL (can be Supercharged or N/A, but needs to be a bargain for me to consider it at the moment.) I would be replacing my Gen 1 RT/10 with it, potentially. Don't need or want another GTS.

Manny
