Ok.. Here's my question.. I live in an area where we get 80-110 inches of rain a year and there are days that I know I will get caught in serious downpours. Is there an issue with the NACA duct funneling a stream of water into the airbox? I would think at the very least it would soak the filters. I wouldn't think this would be a good thing at all to have happen.. Any input?

As long as you're running the stock box with no modifications, you're OK. In your particular case, I wouldn't even consider changing anything but air filters and hoses.
