I would recommend the large 1/2 drive, 25-250 Ft. Lbs, and also a smaller 3/8 drive 25-250 In. lbs. Both are available from sears.

Agree that Sears/Autozone/etc. tools have their uses...and I certainly have plenty of Sears...BUT, when it comes to torque wrench quality, reliability, validity, reproducibility, specs, recalibration program, etc...go with Snap-On, and you won't be sorry...they are "pricey", but nowhere near as costly as the item that you MAY break using a lesser quality of tool. VALUE outweighs cost, in MY humble opinion.

Agreed, Sears Craftsman is pretty good. That would be my next choice. Always get the "click" type. But whichever one you get, don't buy the cheap "dial" type if they are still out there, too inaccurate to read. Be sure to zero-out your torque wrench after every use so you won't keep tension on the spring which will over time, lead to inaccurate settings.

For the lug nuts, use the bigger 1/2" drive with a 6" extension, 90 ft-lbs. I forgot the socket size though, 5/8ths?
