My drivers side headlight just isnt lineing up right...
I turned the wheels all the way to the drivers side and this gave me enough room to pop out the fender well..

I saw that their are 3 screws holding the headlight in place..two are easily accessable and have been loosened..the front one is a pain and I cant reach it...

I also noticed that when I poped the hood their is a little hole with a plastic cover that sits beside the head light..I popped the cover and say there was a small turning mechanism that seems to adjust somthing..I tried turning it left and right several times but could not see exactly what it was suppossed to adjust..

I ended up just makeing a wood shim and placeing it between the headlight and engine fender..This looks great but I feel really bad about it if I ever sell ect..
what is the right way to make the angle of the headlight turned a lil lower..

The black plastic surround was not touching the front bumper before I added the shim and their was a 1/4 inch of space between the bottom of the head light and bumper..It looked horrible..

how can I fix this the right way without a shim?

What year? Gen 3 and 4 are adjustable. Don't know about 1 or 3.

The hole with a cap is the up and down adjustment. Think it takes a 7mm.
