I wan to install a line lock on my Viper. I need a little input for this project.

What is the best place for the line lock's installation ?

What line lock do you advise me to use ?

Is there an install ready kit for the GEN3 Vipers ?

Can you poste a couple of pictures ?

Jack B I believe has a great thread with pics he posted here several years ago. Check his gallery for the pics or search for that thread. His was done on a Gen 2 but it is really similar to a Gen 3 procedure I'm sure.

Used in drag racing primarily it is a system which when activated by usually a button of some type will lock the front wheels up by appling the brakes so a GOOD heated burnout can be acheived. It isn't needed with street tires if you can work the peddles with your feet fast enough but proves quite valuble with sticky tires. They are fairly inexpensive and can be bought and installed for under a few hundred bucks, maybe 400 tops.
