How much will ya pay me :)

Funning aside, you may want to look into this:

http://www.kodiaksteelhomes.com/

The price is hard to beat, they are nearly indestructable, and very energy efficient when the 6" walls are insulated with cellulose.

The entire interior is "open space", no support walls necessary. Best of all they made of fire proof materials (steel) but look like "regular construction". The engineering is really impressive, some folks have engine hoists hanging of the red-iron rafters... nice benefit!

Get two of these, put them end to end, or 90 degrees to each other and you're there:

I've been talking to them about offering additional garage designs for fanatics, and they are open to the idea. They offer standard two and three car free standing garages to go with their homes (you can see one in the picture of the "Autumview" above), but quite frankly, most of their homes could easily be made into 2000-4000 sq. foot garages.

Feel free to drop me a note, I attended one of their seminars, they had people in attendance from Seattle to Florida. Any contractor that can do red-iron steel framing can put one up. In the seminar, they had a crew build, roof, and side one of three of the bays of a house in about four hours. In discussions with them, they said it was pretty normal to build one in two to three days.... that's closed in with siding, roof, windows and doors installed... no interior walls, sheetrock, etc.
