Yup, and boy is it difficult to pop up. It hinges on the same hinge as the wiper arm. To pop it up, the round part surrounding the (hidden) bolt must spread and ride over a detent. There's no visible slot to pry on. I have best luck with a hook, pulling on the bottom edge furthest around from the hinge.

Be careful popping them up with tools, it may warp the thin metal. Best bet is to use your nails to lift from the furthest part of the hinge.

Got it !
(without breaking anything!)
Got the right side cover off and found the nut that I've read about in the threads about wiper arms. I wish I had a safe concealed that well.
Thanks for all the help.

Aloha Robert,
After removing the caps and nuts from the arms, the BEST Tool to use is a Battery Terminal puller! You should be able to get one at your local Parts Store!
That's what we use here!
