Tom, at what rpm do YOU hit it on the track, and when do you shut it off? I've had nitrous backfires on tons of cars, and it can cost a lot of money in a hurry!

Pilots (or other hard "z" rated type tires) are the worst tires for halfshafts.......they are heavier in reciprocating weight, harder compound, so they spin then attempt to grab causing much stress on the U-Joint (also known as "wheel hop")

You shift at 4800???? Naaaah! Really? I'd love to get the benefit of the juice off the line, but I don't want to hit it too low and backfire. I have it set at 3k right now, but I'd love to hit it sooner if I can. You've had a lot of practice at this. When is it safe to hit the juice? :confused:

Tom,
Do you have any ideas or thoughts for my system? We are going to try another NOS solenoid for the kit to fill the 4th port on each NX nozzle.
