Need Power Steering and Brake Fluid recommendations

I want to change the power steering fluid and clutch/brake fluid. What is best and how much will I need?
Also doing the rear with Mopar 68218657AA 75w140 plus Mopar 4318060AB Limited Slip Additive.

Did a full fluid wipe on my gen 2 about 6 months back myself. After reading a bunch of forums that spanned over 2 decades and countless opinions, I just decided to go with the following:

Engine Oil - Mobil1 Extended Performance 10W-30 [10 qts]
Trans Fluid - Castrol Transmax Dexron VI [4 qts]
Diff Fluid - Valvoline 75W-140 w/ LS additive [45 oz]
Coolant - PEAK Gold 50/50 [12.8 qts]
Brake Fluid - Prestone DOT 4 [7.5 oz]
Power Steering Fluid - Prestone [21 oz]

Not sure if these are the best per se, but so far 4,000 miles later, they haven't given me any trouble. Then again I drive pretty tamely, as it is my daily driver, but have had no problems making 3 roundtrips from SD to Phoenix and back.

Valvoline power steering fluid meets the Chrysler spec. White bottle, blue label. They also offer a full synthetic option in a black bottle with silver labeling. It is a golden colored oil like OE, not a red ATF+4.

If you never track your Viper, then any quality DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid will perform without issues in your car. I annually replace my brake fluid with a racing formulation. If I ever feel the slightest hint of soft pedal, I bleed/add again. It requires less than 1 pint for a full change. I've only changed clutch fluid about every 7-8 years with a lot of track use.

@Joule the trans fluid is very, very questionable and 100% I would not use what you used. There is a sticker on the tranny that states DexIII or the synctorq (too lazy to look it up). DexVI shouldn't really be used.

You're probably going to get a lot of different opinions. So get ready for it. Opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one.

He's what I'm running in 5 years of ownership:

Oil - Mobile 1 0-40 - recommended weight in new Vipers, and IMO the best fit in the older guys as well. I like the additives in it as well.
Diff - Mobile 1 75W-140, I also added the LS modifier
Trans - Pennzoil Syncromesh - I know it calls for Dex III, but I lost 5th and 6th gear and did a rebuild on the Viper and Vette. Both are running Syncromesh now. I have seen no ill affects and have done some research on it
Coolant - Haters going to come after me on this. I run Dexcool in the Viper. I think its very similar to Mopar Orange, and have done a proper flush of the green before, after 5 years and every other year changes, Car is great. Did some research and I'm prob not the only one running Dexcool.
Brake Fluid/Clutch - Prestone DOT 4
Power Steering - Royal purple synth

Only change I would make is in the Tranny, I run
Castrol Transmax DEX/MERC (have a 96 GTS) Trans fluid, meets the Dextron III Standard. I use to run the gear oil but shifting effort Definity increased when cold and the Dex III shifts much better.

@lane_viper tranny rebuild doesn't count as I would guess it uses new carbon blockers material.
You are prob right as I am pretty sure both of my T56's have carbon blockers. I know the early Vettes and Vipers had some paper?

I have heard to definitely do not run synthetic fluid in cars with paper blockers, but I could be wrong.

Either way I have 80k on the Vette's rebuild due to 2nd gear syncro with Synchromesh and have no perceived issues. I'm running it in both.

In 1999 the rings were supposedly changed from paper lined to carbon fiber. Because of this I would run Dex III in anything less than 99. Would not risk anything synthetic with Paper.
