My car got delivered this morning by Exotic transport 800-766-8797 ENCLOSED AUTOMOBILE & CAR TRANSPORTATION EXOTIC CAR TRANSPORT who did a great job for me. they picked it up the same day i called them and delivered it a day earlier than i was quoted. price was great and the service was great. Roland the driver stayed in contact with me the whole way.

Doug must be going through withdrawals without seeing my car in his shop Doug Levin Motorsports . I drove it down in march, had him hustle and get some small things done for me in under a week so i could fly back down the week after to play and hangout in Fort Lauderdale. he had it cleaned up, did what he was supposed to and i took it for a long weekend. dropped it back off for a couple of minor things i wanted him to do. He did them in the time he told me he would and then i get this great idea to ask him to do a few more things.....

by now Doug must hate me....lol i ****** him around for a good month or so. i should say my car did. i tell Doug to do one thing and it causes a few other issues which of course Doug knew how to fix and did. then id say, how about this.....and then that would be a lot harder or time consuming than we both expected.

As always he is one meticulous SOB. He wouldn't give up till it was perfect. and as my experience with Doug Levin has been in the past...the car runs and drives perfectly & you charged me..... MORE THAN FAIRLY.

By the way Doug, i have noticed a few things you did that i never even asked you to do.... very nice touch and i appreciate it !!!

yes, you are stuck with me as my tuner of choice but you are also a good friend !!!

jerome, whats going on friday ? but i doubt it, got things going on around home.

Baz, no power increase for me. im not about to screw up what i got...lol it took me too dang long to get this car running back last year or so ago...... im all about driving it.

actually last year i drove the heck out of it. (about 7K miles in 5 months), this year im gonna try and work on cleaning it up to my old standards. i need to obsess on something like this car for a while... :)

i swear i cant remember everything Doug did to it this time, what i do remember is.....
A custom tank for additional water to keep the charge cooled longer.
clutch (oem)
fix a broken evap line i messed up 2 years ago.
fix the rattling bellanger header on the drivers side
shocks
spring caps
door hinge (thanks to mike 99 rt10)
plugs
cam sensor
crank sensor
oil change
new belt (not that it needed it but its cheap enough)
polished the paxton and DLM brackets
new fan
install a few misc parts i had
fix the A/C (god only knows what he had to do on that)

doug is gonna shoot me for not knowing all he did..lol there is a TON more i cant remember right now

Sounds good Plum. Don't you think it's time to buy a Gen IV and start the mod OCD from scratch? LQ.

Best,
